Used to order from here all the time but now there are so many items out of stock it's just not worth ordering small part orders. I have had to pay a little more but can get everything I need from one place. Hope they can sort this out in the future but it's been like this quite a long time.

I placed an order back in November and was charged twice for it! I recieved my package and it was fine. But getting in touch with customer service is practically impossible! After trying for a LONG time I finally got them to return the extra amount I was charged, but only for the actual order. They STILL havn't returned the extra shipping I was charged!!! I keep writing to them, but they don't reply, and it's very frustrating!

Yeah, bodybuilding warehouse carries great products . . . but seriously, so do other places. Their prices are about average too. So when they don't honor a measly 5% off coupon code for "liking" them on Facebook, and charge you for the so called "free" samples you can add along with your order (up to two, as they claim), AND don't answer any of your emails to customer service regarding these issues, but take the time to send you an email asking you to share your review of them . . . well, it sounds like they don't have a good handle on things. I won't be buying from them anymore.
