Very bad customer service, prices are not clear, they don't pay the duty fees, they didn't even mention that on their website like other websites which write "price + taxes". For more than one month now and still didn't get my order. I'm using the website since 2016 and made many orders without any problems in the past, but now after corona they are more than bad, it will be the last time ordering from this website. Don't try it and waste your time and money.

I used to shop here, but not anymore. They don’t have much stock on anything. And it was not like it was in 2011 when there was a lot. I thought they were going out of business because of the low products. The prices are ridiculously higher.Their website is so confusing and inconvenient. I also can’t order in bulk as they have a 90 day restriction.I once tried to order on their app and it kept saying check your postal code. Well my postal code worked else where and so did my business. Muscle and strength is the exact opposite of what I wrote above. They have stock and we can order in bulk and their customer service is awesome. This is not a knock on bodybuilding. com, but just my honest review.

I placed an order for a couple hundred dollars, and they emailed me a tracking order. After a couple days the tracking number said I had received the package which I had not. I emailed bodybuilding.com support about it, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So I ended up having to re-order my supplements from a different company in order to get what I needed.

There was no option for zero star or else I would've given that too. Let me tell you why my experience was so bad. On march 27, 2022 I placed an order in the afternoon which was canceled later same day. On march 28, 2022 my order was processed and received an email that my order has been shipped, even though I canceled it. I again called the customer service and explained the situation to which the customer service representative responded that they have sent the information to fedex to not to ship the order to customer instead return it back to facility and was also advised to wait for 48 hours to get this situation sorted. That 48 hours were suppose to end on march 30, 2022 afternoon but I received the shipment before the timeline given by the customer service representative. After I received my order I called the customer support again in which the representative named " Chris" refused to listen to my concern and asked me to return the product back to the warehouse without providing me with the return label which I had to pay another $40 to ship the product back but even though I was not at fault and due negligence of the customer support and lack of communication between customer support and the shipping department I had to suffer. Thank you so much for such a great experience with your company. Last but not the least I placed another order and upon receiving the products they do not match the products I ordered. Hopefully company takes this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest possible. Please feel free to reach out for all the evidence which can be provided through the email about the conversation and the calls.

bad product not expired was not refunded - I've bought several product from them over the years, and 2 orders ago - my preJym was all chunked up like moisture entered it - and was useless. needless to say that it was brand new and packaged and non expired. I though maybe i did something wrong since all other products were ok. but my last order - 2 ENGNShred pre workouts were also chunked as soon as i opened them, and they were stored in a designated dry place with other retailers product which were fine. when i contacted support they initially said they would refund me, then changed their mind saying that they have only 90 days warranty. when i asked why? since this is not expired - they abruptly closed my support request!!! I will never buy from them again. prefer to pay 50% more and be sure that the product is good. shame on you bodybuilding.com - bad service and bad products!!!

Customer service is nonexistent. Not responding, answering or anything. Never received my order and it says its been delivered. Never again. Hope this company goes bankrupt

I ordered a pre workout drink off body building.com and since the 15th feb I am still waiting for my order which is meant to be out for delivery by DHL. The customer service is appalling you cannot contact DHL and more to the point body building.com haven’t replied to my email, the phone is switched off nobody answering and the live chat room is useless as all it does is tell me my tracking number. I wouldn’t give this website any time of day.

If you don't want your shipment on time order from them. It's going on 2 weeks still don't have my pre-workout. Never again.
