You are an exceptional employee with outstanding customer service for the company. Please send my comments to your supervisor. They really need to know what an asset of an employee you are. I have been a customer for many years and purchase over $500 a month in supplements. But for the last year, I have continually had numerous issues with placing orders and the app and web site not working properly and having to spend so much time and issues to place orders and give my money. I was actually fed up with the last order and was going to start using another company to get my supplements, but because of your help and genuine response, I will continue purchasing from this company.
