I was going to order my products straight from Controlled Labs but was told to shop at BodyBuilding.Com instead. Checked them out and their deals and promotions were amazing. Sadly an item was backorder so I gave a call on an update and what do they do? Offer me a free 60 serving replacment Of a different brand while I wait for the back ordered item. First product; being CLA, came in 2 days and the free product (was given it on 24 March 15) will be here 27 March 15. Overly pleased with the website and their willingness to assist. Excellent services, cheaper and faster, I received my order in 3 days, well done package. I read bad comments below, I am not sure if who is saying that are wrong or maybe use other page. I am using bodybuilding.com from many years ago, I ordered from Mexico, USA, Spain and UK and works without issues.

Cheaper then in Denmark and i had no problems getting what i ordered. Waiting 3 days and DHL was knocking on my door ...and they write it could take up-til 14-20 days... So this was fast delivery :)

Love the site always as great deals on worth buying, never had any bad problems with the company once they didn't have what i ordered and they just upgraded my order to something better instead so no issue there . customer service is excellent. as for all the bad review about shipping it does say on the site they ship from USA but also the have a warehouse in Holland. my deliveries have never taken longer then 7 days. highly recommend this site

I don't know about shipping to other countries, but I don't think a US company should be penalized for difficulties exporting to other countries. The products come fast at a good price. Plus they give you free stuff what's not to like?

Honestly, I cannot understand the fuss some people make: I have placed some 10+ orders with bodybuilding.com within the last two to three years and only once had a problem, when DHL lost a my parcel. But after I got confirmation from DHL, I got a refund. Sure, be aware that the localised shops are just that: localised with your currency and they try to filter out the products which cannot be shipped to your country - but they ship from the US, so like every shipment from abroad, you WILL have to pay import taxes. (From my experiences to Switzerland, shipment plus taxes will be around 25% of the goods value) Never the less, I would recommend bodybuilding.com: they are a truly outstanding company. Good prices, super speedy shipment (I got my last shipment confirmation on a Sunday!) and from my experience, competent customer service. I truly cannot relate to the negative reviews - but maybe UK customs are even more picky than Swiss customs?

I've been using Bodybuilding.com from Japan for years. They have been fantastic at growing and improving over the years, so I was shocked to read such terrible reviews. Their biggest improvement has been shipping rates. Now they have much cheaper shipping options if you're willing to wait for your goods. I use their cheapest shipping service and it usually takes 30-40 days for my supplements to arrive in Japan. I don't mind at all though. The cheapest service is significantly cheaper compared to what they offered only a couple years ago. I also never need to pay customs or duties on my packages. I think it would do Bodybuilding.com some good to better explain their shipping details. I do love the Bodybuilding.com branded supplements! Awesome supplements I love at a great price. I highly recommend this company and people should remember that the cheaper the shipping, the longer the shipping time.
