I ordered whey protein from the UK site. It turns out that they ship this from the USA. No problem I thought, it still works out cheaper even paying import taxes. Unfortunately, what Bodybuilding.com don't tell you is that they can't actually get a number of their products through customs and they will just be returned. They are still happy to take your money and hold onto it though whilst it goes to customs and gets returned. "Best" of all Bodybuilding.com won't refund your money until their woeful carrier, FedEx actually deliver it to them. Mine has currently been stuck with no progress for days now and seems unlikely it's ever going to get back to the USA. Nice work Bodybuilding.com. You then manage to boost your cashflow and get a return on my money knowing full well that you never actually have to deliver any product! "Interesting" business model. So ultimately, don't order from them unless you pay by credit card and enjoy having to open a dispute for their poor customer service and, ahem, "unusual" business practices.

Goods were never delivered and shipped back, impossible to get a refund. Now I want to cancel a subscription and it's not visible on my account. Customer support doesn't respond.

Ordered 300+ dollars of product. Tracking code never worked. Submitted a ticket. Kept being reassured it is on its way. Months go by. Eventually they tell me it didn't pass customs and that they were going to reship. I requested to have it sent to a new address since I'm not going to be here much longer. They agreed. Another month goes by and I see that it says they attempted to deliver it to the post office for some reason and nobody was there so they didn't deliver it. I submit another ticket. They tell me to call the post office and that they sent it to the old address and not the new one. Out 300+ dollars and not going to receive my product and company is not going to do anything about it. Crooks.

Bodybuildinghere.com - this company still owes me £450.00 They sent me wrong products. I returned the wrong products (signed return delivery) Bodybuildinghere.com say the received products. Still no refund - waiting since January 2023. Whole saga been going on since Aug 2022. Unbelievable

I ordered some products from Bodybuilding.com, and they shipped the package. However, after more than a month and a half had passed, the package still hadn't arrived. Furthermore, the tracking status hadn't been updated in a month. So, I contacted them, and they told me that the package was, in fact, never picked up by the courier and was never sent, even though the tracking showed that it was sent. If I hadn't contacted their support team, who knows how long I would have had to wait for nothing.

placed an order on the 29th December but expecting a bit of a delay due to the holidays. I've emailed them three times now. It took around 3-days to reply. Acceptable I suppose. What's not acceptable is that at then end of Jan they've told me I'll have to wait 45-days for my 'lost' order to be located and I shouldn't contact them (the support team) before the 3rd of March. Absolute rubbish service. I've read all the reviews below mine. Shame I didn't see those before I ordered due to the discount offered. I will not be ordering from them again.
