I have ordered with bodybuilding now twice and both times had problems with shipping. However, I still believe they deserve five stars. Here’s why: 1. I genuinely don’t believe this is usually a problem for them. Many of my friends order from them regularly and have never had this issue. 2. Prices and promotions. Both times I ordered I got a great buy one get one deal on very high quality supplements. 3. OUTSTANDING customer service agents. When I contacted the company about my shipping concerns, they got back to me immediately and were very proactive in taking care of me and making me feel valued as a customer. 4. Ease of use. The website is easy to navigate and all around a great website. 5. Customer service again. I am currently dealing with customer service at a different company for similar issues and am being treated horribly which makes me respect and appreciate the service at bodybuilding.com even more.
