I had a great experience with Maxed Out Miguel. He took ownership of my issues without question and helped to get my items reshipped due to error on the Courier’s part. I’ve been using Bodybuilding.com products for awhile now and I love them but the Customer Service Department makes it worthwhile when you’re having an issue(s). I’d highly recommend this company to any of my Family and Friends but I’m glad that I had Miguel to do a job well done.

Although it took a long time to hear from anyone, they were very professional and made the issue right. Appreciate the professionalism and will continue to be a long-time customer.

I got my order immediately. Customer service was very helpful when I inquired about the product. Good buying experience.

Their customer service is top notch, no idea why all these clowns are leaving bad feedback. Don't listen to the haters!

Purchased 4 pre workouts, which ended up coming from America so I was worried about the date it would arrive, which they gave a date of over 2 weeks away, but ordered on the Tuesday and came early Saturday morning, so amazing postage time, I didn’t deal with customer service so I can’t comment on that
