I was in a real pinch, my sups were running dry, I needed a refill and actually paid for shipping (bad things always happen when you don’t plan ahead) Then laser ship done sent my package to the wrong place! With one email the Customer Service group of BB.com sprung into action! Kardio Kelly ran around and found out what happened, she got the ball moving back the right direction! Crush it Courtney then comes in and slams the ball! BOOM! Package delivered 1 day after my last scoop of NO Xplode and I am back in action. Thanks again for all the great work y’all do at BB.com!!!

Recently had a package incorrectly delivered because of my own negligence. Customer support was awesome and made sure to get a replacement to me ASAP. If you think you don’t get good customer service from online companies think again. Awesome support will be a lifelong customer.

The team was more than willing to make sure i was satisfied and got my products in a timely matter after fedex lost them! It was a frustrating experience when my package never arrived after fedex said it was here but the same day i contacted the team my products were sent to me again at no cost to me!
