An order from BodyBuilding.com never arrived, and the BB.com rep was super helpful and had a replacement order shipped to me asap.

My protein choice was discontinued in 4lb containers, got 2 2lb containers of the same flavor and got another 4lb of Jym supplements. Got what I needed for my routine and was happy with the overall experience provided.

Customer service was great and went above and beyond.

The service representative that helped me today was absolutely fantastic, kind, and helpful. She was wonderfully engaging and very willing to go the extra mile to correct my issue. Even though it was just a phone call to try and correct an order issue, I can tell she’s someone that cares about her job and customers, and I hope she continues to excel within this company.
