I bought some xtend bcaas through their site that weren't their brand and got halfway through it and found some gross foreign object. I emailed them and they apologized and offered to replace the bad stuff or refund me. I chose to have it replaced with their brand instead and couldn't be happier. #Customerforlife

They closed EU warehouses mid2020, now everything is shipped from the US. My package is gone 2 weeks without update, and BB.com says they will take 45 days of waiting to see if it will be delivered. So by the end of November they will start an investigation, not before. Order number: EUR-60032 From 1 star to 5 and here is why: While the main service would have me wait 45 days, now I got a mail that I got a full refund! Thank you so much bodybuilding.com! Ordered again, and on top of that I got a €10 gift card! Did go for the fed-Ex shipment option. And still sad to see that it won’t be shipped from EU.
