An absolute disgrace of a company. Made an order through Paypal, which they refused and I had to wait 5 days for a refund. Upon contacting customer service i was told 'you can pay through paypal'. I explained what previously happened and from then on he became no help at all telling me that he cant help me then. I asked for his name and asked to speak with the manager..... he refused to give it. Disclosing his identity? is he customer service or a super hero? anyway, he then said 'here's my manager' *chat closed*. Incredibly poor service and i'm disgusted to ever look on such a website again.

Misleading company. - They ship from the US without advertising this - They advise 2-6 days shipping but product been held at UK customs for weeks and I still don't have it To complain or get a refund you have to wait weeks to get the product and pay to ship it back to the US and wait even longer. Do not use them.

STAY AWAY! TOTAL SCAM! Totally agree with negative reviews and I don't think the positive ones are genuine reviews. The charge for the products has been taken immediately from my bank account. NO delivery of goods purchased! I send them several emails, they replied immediately but always with same lame copy and paste answers, saying everything was ok, just a delay with my order and gave me a FAKE tracking number.

First of all shipping took more than 1 months !!!!! Next misleading issue : i ordered because i saw they had European distribution center , but it was shipped from USA , what did that mean to me , i had to pay 34 % more for receiving this shipment , due to my countrys tax regulation , if i buy inside europe there is no tax payment , so it means a lot , i know its written with small text somewhere on their site that they are not responsible for tax payments , but by misleading me to think that it was shipped from Holland (i think it was ), they cheated me . They have no understandness for this issue , dont buy there .

opened the site, 120 glycobol- £22.79 clicked 'order'- £32.30!!! went to 'live chat' and was told it was import taxes. even though there was no mention of it at checkout. opened bb.com again and price was £32.30, so had one screen with one price, one with another, 'live chat' could offer no explanation but thanked me for shopping with them......i didnt.

I order it in UK store however they shipped from the USA. They promised me to received them in 2-6 business days. It's been more than 2 weeks, and now i received a letter of custom border that my product has been seizures. I contacted them and they said they are not responsible for it. I will get a refund if the good shipped back or it may be destroyed. Will never order from this website again. Worst thing i ever had.

They have not delivered my products and they do not want to give my money back! I will need to wait another 8 working days for them to find out what happen to the delivery before starting the refund process! They have not delivered the products as they have promised which is between 2-6 working days! Very very very bad company to do business with! STAY AWAY!!!!! They will try anything to keep your money!!!!!

IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND JUST GOT A NOTE FROM PARCELFORCE SAYING I OWE 31 POUND TAX. PARCELFORCE SAID THAT BB ARE NOTORIOUS FOR THIS SO WHAT YOU PAY AT CHECKOUT WONT BE THE FINAL PRICE. THE SLOW DELIVERY TO THE UK IS DESTROYING BB. THE WEBSITE IS AMAZING BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING. PLENTY OF COPY AND PASTING FROM THE STAFF ON REPLYING EMAILS
