If you order to abroad and the product never reaches you and get sent back to them they instantly issue a refund which does not include your shipping charge and then they can not resend the product. Be very careful when dealing with them. I would highly recommend going elsewhere!

Fiz uma compra em Janeiro e após um tempo descobri que minha encomenda tinha sido devolvida, entrei em contato com a empresa e eles me disseram que era para eu aguardar a chegada da mesma no depósito, aguardei, agora eles não querem me pagar alegando que eu entrei com disputa paypal, sendo que não fiz disputa alguma, entrei em contato com o paypal que me disse que isso é irreal e que enviariam um e-mail a eles, então, a empresa não responde e-mails e não devolve meu dinheiro, muito cuidado com esta empresa, não comprem nada deles!!!

No refund, i wait for 4 months and my order come back and they no refund me, this company is no good, beware!

I recently ordered a few products from the App, which is glitch, they have to get delivered to my deployed address. However, an old address appeared on the shipping confirmation email, which is literally half a world away in Japan, but somehow my shipping address is current. I contacted BB support and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and to contact USPS. Their website says they will do that for you, and if they are able, get it rerouted at the expense of the customer. If they are not able to, the customer has to wait until the package returned to get reshipped, at which point the customer has to pay all shipping fees. At the end of the day, they charge the customer for their mistakes and their messed up app Bottom line: I am never ordering from them again. I would rather choose supplementwarehouse.com, tfsupplements.com, tigerfitness, or even amazon as I know they take care of their customers.

I ordered few supplements with Order No. 1767196327 last year in March 2014, its Feb 2015, still no clue of delivery, they says that it can be held in customs, same thing that probably they are saying to all international customers. They says that they will refund the money only if they receive it back, 1 year and they didn't received it back ?, I lost my money, please beware before ordering

I ordered, was told , after they took my money, that the product was not available and i could have a refund. Now 2 months later i have only received generic emails and after telling me it was 25 days to get it back, I waited (Of course nothing refunded) and just got this: "When voiding payments internationally, it can take as many as 25 business days for the funds to become available, depending on your bank. Since it has already been more than 25 business days, we can send your bank a Merchant Authorization of Funds Release form. To send them the information, we need an email address for someone at your bank. Please contact your bank and ask for the name and email address of the bank manager and respond to this email with the requested information. Once we receive your response, we'll email them directly and get the funds released right away." What weird made up protocol to refund to card! They are fake it appears, so avoid at all costs! I believe the positive reviews on here are as fake as the company.

They have old scams where they claim items in stock and then send you email that item in back order. They will refuse to issue refund and add costs if you insist on cancelling after having repeatedly ask for item or money back. Sell some unknown food and vitamins supplements which are dangerous to say the least. Dont deserve even one star AVOID, DO NOT SHOP with FRAUDUSTERS!

I ordered a few items over 5 weeks ago, provided with tracking. Expected delivery time 14-20days. After 20 days i decided to track the item however the tracking code given does not allow you track anything. I then escalated this to Bodybuilding.com who then say they have to make a claim to DHL which can take 1-4 weeks. All im asking is if you have tracking where is the item? For now all i get from bodybuilding.com is they are glad to help yet they have not. So I would never use this company again....why have a tracking number that does not allow you track? hmmmmmmm Its not like its free delivery either... so for now the wait goes on!!
