Over the past couple of months I was having some difficulties receiving some products through bodybuilding.com that I never had issues with before. Some disruption was expected with the pandemic but I was starting to get frustrated not having the products I like for my workouts. I was able to connect with support staff, and they were very polite, understanding, and were able to help me out. As a customer it was nice to feel prioritized, and my initial negative experience ended in a very positive way. Thank you

I placed an order back in December. I remembered last week, I never received my order so I sent an email for help. I received a very friendly and outgoing email from Hailey with my options. I still wanted my product so ask that it be shipped. Within minutes I received a shipment notification for my order. I've been buying from bodybuilding.com for years and this issue was a first. I am glad that their customer support is this spectacular.

Bodybuilding.com, Answered quickly to my question about a product that was not able to be used, and replaced it immediately with a replacement, with no questions asked. The service was great! That's why I've been a customer for the last 12 years.

Mighty Milie has been my support on order I placed. For whatever reason my order had some issues. I was contacted by support and as always they were all very helpful. I understand that issues happen and it's just apart of doing business. However what makes mistakes easier to get through is having great support from the service team. This is something that this company does very well and team members like Milie are what prove my words true.

Customer services girl was awesome!! She needs a pay raise.. now for On Trac delivery they are liars and incompetent..I highly recommend you get rid of them.. but your customer service and product is awesome but unless u get rid of On Trac I will not order again
