Review from India: I have ordered products worth $200 and paid $40 as shipping on the same. Waited for the products for over a month now with no idea if I will ever receive them. I am jotting down few points here for you all who are planning to place an order through bodybuilding.com from India. 1. You pay in advance and whether you receive the order or not your money is gone. 2. As per the website you are the importer and you are responsible once it reaches your country. In case if customs damages the consignment, it is yours and they will not refund anything. 3. While placing the order they will not tell you if that product is allowed in your country or not (in most cases). The website says that it is you, who needs to check if that product is allowed in your country or not with customs. 4. There are multiple courier agencies involved in the process. It will become a nightmare for you to track the package. 5. In case if consignment returns to their warehouse (in exactly the same condition they have sent) you will get refund minus courier (sent + return). In case if they receive damaged consignment, they have the authority of not paying you back at all. 6. I have seen few reviews where the consignment got returned to their warehouse and took as long as one full year. I have been using supplements for over 3 years now and I can assure you that it is not worth ordering it from bodybuilding.com just to save few bucks.

I've placed an order #2608130991 on 27th April 2016 after so many attempt of checkout. Item was shipped on time and was expecting an delivery on second of week of May. The Courier service in India is Aramex and will never ever use there service in my life , tried once to deliver and afterward they haven't tried to reach me. As the Custom process is not clear with courier, they randomly inform that you need to pay 5000/-Rs etc and when we ask for the Custom Receipt they show there generated document. Last week when I went to there office and after inquiring about my courier, finally they traced it. But to my surprise the package was damaged, So I cant accept the damaged piece. So here comes the funny part, when I raise a complaint with Bodybuilding.com, they are saying me Thank you for contacting Bodybuilding.com regarding order #2608130991. I am sorry for the condition of your package but I am happy to inform you of how we can assist you. With all international packages they are subject to inspection by your countries customs and we have no control over this. It is not uncommon for the customs agency to open packages and product to fully investigate the package. As we do not have any control over this there is no way for it to be voided. Since the package has been sitting with the local post this entire time that could have also been where some of the damage came from and since it was in their hands that is also something we are unable to prevent. What I can do for you today is I can offer a 20% refund as in-store credit for the product price of the order. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you today and hope I've addressed your concerns. As end user I paid 100% for the product and i haven't received the product and in return I paid 80% of the product value. So guys beware of this Company who are just taking money from our pocket. We want to use original products and go with company but you land in this type of trouble where you wont get the product and money.

Order some Whey protein from these guys, been like 3 months now and still nothing, customer service is useless! won't be shopping here again!

Poor delivery!!!!!! Steroid'd workout programs, and over priced items!!! Purchased some Whey and Pre workout, took over 2 months to get here, when it arrived was the wrong brand and pill box was broken! spoke to customer service who had no idea what the hell was going on! All in all i'm out over £100 and still without STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

I returned, refused and sent back all my items received (over 400+) dollars worth, took a very long time for them to *receive* it, when it infact was signed by someone a week before I got a PARTIAL refund back. I then had to contact customer service as I did many times prior, to ask why i had not received a FULL refund, and why I have not been refunded for all items that i returned and they had for over a week going on two. If I had not of asked, they would not have issued any of them. I still was not refunded one item costing 80+ dollars. Now I am being threatened by them that I will be banned because I took this up for paypal to get my money that I deserve back. I am not backing down from this, this is a crock of crap and ILLEGAL, I have nothing to show for all the money I spent and all i get is lies and threatened because I am concerned about WHY they have not refunded me? So I am to blame for their shady tactics? AVOID THIS SCAM I am AWAITING the OWNER AND MANAGERS EMAIL Also : here is a lovely copy and paste of the threat from lovely customer service representatives. From Krazy Kelton: As for order number _______, the process for refunding you was in effect but we see here that you are having that one charged back onto your PayPal, if you cancelled that we could refund you for this order, but it is being held on the account that you’re doing a charge back on your side of things. If you removed the charge back we can process the refund on our side otherwise continue to have the chargeback on your side of things. However that could block your account from placing future orders on our website.

Ordered international and package never arrived. They won't refund and lousy customer service. Had to contact my bank to get the money back.

There is huge delay in parcel (and some times it does not arrive even after 2 months)if you are getting the supplements from bodybuilding.com from US. The customer service guys are pathetic..they give stereotyped answers, and do not resolve the problem....they are genuine but going the downward spiral..beware

had been ordering with them since feb 2015. My last order was in June where half of the contents were missing, did chat to them and was told that it was taken out by customs. In order to get refund they needed a written documentation from customs. I called post office , tga and customs as well. They denied of taking any contents out of the parcel and the biggest proof was the tracking which showed no sign of any kind of trouble. The missing contents were in different flavor, it doesn't make sense that customs will take out the same thing in one flavor and would let go on another flavor. I lost around $410 plus shipping. Looks like they can't handle big/large parcels, they might be ok for small parcels but to all international customers, BEWARE, if the contents are missing, they will blame customs. And you not going to get anything back. So pls BEWARE and go somewhere else.
