Costumer service very arrogant, live chat not responding at all. I don't call that a business.

Not happy with my order and the service i received. The cookies i had ordered online was different to what i received. Packaging was completely different, i ordered chocolate chips in my cookie. The cookie i received had no chocolate chips. We spoke via chat line and email. Being told they are the same cookie i ordered. Thought the customer was always right?

I have ordered few times from them and I'm not sure whether I'm just unlucky or there is something else going on. They never managed to get the delivery right on my orders, there is always something wrong, which makes online shopping experience terrible. I always end up having to chase my order, making me spend loads of my time to deal with them and their chosen delivery company (which are terrible too). When such things happens you would at least expect they would take charge and contact the delivery company to resolve this for you. Instead, they prefer to tell you will have to wait and see what happens. Therefore, I have decided to avoid and cannot recommend a business like that, as the time and the stress does not worth it any discount or lower price they may have. If you need your supplements quick and hassle free, I would strongly suggest to look somewhere else. Best,

I was offered "buy one get one free" but i received only one item (3.35 lbs whey) For the same price i have 5.5lbs at Walmart ... I was told by the CSR that it was too late but why the offer appeared then ? DON'T GET LURED

Be careful with their costumer service. Useless, unprofessional, unwilling and lacking of transparency.

Such a joke company, they wanted me to wire transfer money for Protein, waited for 5 days! and only after 5 days they cancelled my order without any notice or information, saying verification department could not verify something, will never buy from them again! worst company

New to this lot got referred by a friend first delivery was fine then after that no joy at all took my money and that was that no delivery no email nothing won’t be using them again!

This website is complete cancer. DO NOT go on here. It's filled with idiots and trolls.
