I was just about to stop doing business with bodybuilding.com due to its lack thereof, of Quilty and competent customer service agents that's until an employee by the name of Mighty Millie stepped in and took care of the issue, took care of a client and made it right. Why is it that it took several days, several hours and a horrible experience with several of bodybuilding .com employees not doing their job? I truly would like to know why, why the employees refused to do their job, two agents hung up on me and did nothing but ruin my faith in doing business with bodybuilding Com

Purchase a product which cause a rash . Contacted customer service and let them know . A few questions answered and I had a full refund . This is what customer service is !!!

Fantastic service from amazing people who care! I recently ordered one of my favorite products which happened to include an ingredient my doctor advised I personally avoid. The kind staff team alerted their supervisor to the issue and within a day I was issued a refund as (medically) I couldn’t use the products. I was a long time customer, I’m now a life long customer.

Mighty Millie was really great. Our order was delayed by over 3 weeks and Millie went above and beyond to work with FedEx to get it delivered. Took a lot longer than we had hoped, but the customer service made up for it
