They defrauded my credit card 15 times on the 1 day do not I REPEAT DO NOT buy from this SITE...I'm in Australia go figure

Been a long time customer. Receiving products has become increasingly longer than the promised dates. Recently made two orders. Both orders are over a week behind the promised dates. Called three times and they said to just keep checking up on it. The orders have been in the town I live for over a week per details. They won’t let me cancel the orders without waiting a minimum of two weeks to be reimbursed. Checking these reviews it seems to be a consistent problem with everybody else here. Really wish I had checked the reviews before hand to avoid all this.

I joined bodybuilding.com quarterly online program. Two weeks before it was to expire I cancelled the program - or I thought I did. I found out later that you need to click thru three different screens to say are you sure you want to cancel? I thought I was cancelled after the first screen and filling out the questionnaire of why I was leaving. They billed me for next payment. I used their online chat the same day I received payment and they were unable to assist me stating these are our policies and this is what you signed up for. They could see by my account I have not used it for a long while. It is not the money that was the issue I just do not like companies that are not transparent in their processes. I would not recommend them on this factor. You can not delete your account.

Order my stuff on 29 nov 2019 with next day delivery. as of today 09/12/2019 no delivery yet. called so many time all they say is its in the transit nothing else . this is the 2nd time its happening to me from this website. I will never order from this website. waste of a time not even cheap etc for this same price can get stuff from else where with good customer service . STAY AWAY UPDATE 13-12-2019 still no delivery and now no one is picking the phone up . UPDATE 16-12-2019 Finally I managed to get a refund as they don't know how long it will take to deliver Really ! 3 weeks still don't know when it will be deliver. anyways its a big GOOD Buy from me to Bodybuilding.com awful experience with them not just first time 3 times in a row great! . Absolutely awful company, I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over the last year. And they now tell me for security reasons I have to wire transfer them a payment by going into my bank and giving them a load of information. You’ve already taken thousands out of my account so what’s the difference now? Spent hours trying to resolve this and I refuse to pay money just to be able to purchase things from a company that have already had plenty off of me. Absolute disgrace!

Once this company gets your info, it can not be deleted, changed, or altered in any way. No option to delete past info, customer service arrogant, wanna-be's probably working at minimum wage.

Be advised that bodybuilding.com sells or otherwise gives your credit card and personal information to other websites, including scammers. I was scammed by a company that could only have gotten my information from bodybuilding.com. This company sells an expensive and worthless product called Health Life Max Lean. They charged my credit card more than $90 for a product I never bought or received. I had never before even been to their web site, yet they had a shocking level of details about me, even my ip address! Be very careful and check your credit card statements often. From now on I'm buying all my supplements from Amazon.
