Hello, First I would like to start out with saying how thankful and grateful I was to have been given the upmost best customer service ever, from Bodybuilding.com Rep. Mighty Millie. I was having a very difficult time with one of my 3 items that I ordered. Which was Amino Energy + Electrolytes Hydration Drink (watermelon flavor). Was trying to order 3 cases and the site was only allowing me to order 1 case. There wasn’t any explanation explaining why it wasn’t letting me order a quantity of 3. So, when I called Bodybuilding.com, Mighty Millie, while trying to figure out the problem she had her supervisor look into it too. They both couldn’t find any reason why the site wouldn’t allow me a quantity of 3. Mighty Millie, never gave up on me. With her due diligence she decided since I had put so much time into this. She gave me a discount with a gift card. There should always be reps like her. She is the best when it comes to knowing how to help the customers. She’s very friendly, courteous, patient and extremely helpful. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this company when it comes to customer service.

My order was cancelled and I called and was told I would get a response which did not come. I called and Mighty Millie walked me through what was required. When I placed my next order it was cancelled again. I called Mighty Millie back and she found out it was an IT problem on the website site. She had the issue resolved then stayed on the phone while I resent the order. It finally worked. She was personable, understanding and really took my problem to heart and didn't stop until the problem was solved. She is an asset to the bodybuilding company.

She had great interpersonal skills. I was a bit anxious about my order/backorder and she clearly and calmly explained the best path to fix the Issue. She made my patronage feel valuable. That rarely happens anymore. Thanks

Your company should considered itself blessed it has someone like "Mighty" Millie working for them. This is a person who could be anywhere doing anything she wants based on her personality and people skills alone. I never leave reviews or feedback, so it says a lot that I am even doing this. Give this one a raise or something because you cannot ever lose talent like this. Honestly amd sincerely, I was very impressed.
