Ordered and chrged 142$ on 16th of march and they didnt deliver it yet, whats worst is that no1 is answering the customer support E-mails, worst company yo buy from!!! Not reccomended at all.

I ordered a home gym from bodybuilding.com on 2/7. On 2/8 my account was updated to say: Date Ordered: Mon, Feb 8, 2021. Status: Shipped on Mon, Feb 8, 2021. The order time was 7 to 10 working days. But Covid and all I have been patient. Fast forward three weeks and on 2/26 I contacted bodybuilding.com's customer chat support to ask where my delivery was. I was told that it was coming from a third party supplier (something I was never told before payment) and they would get back to me within 48 hours about the whereabouts of my shipment. Fast forward to 3/2 and still no communication. I got in touch with them again and was told, "This is actually being drop shipped from a 3rd party supplier and we do not actually hold the product at our own facilities. The last notes that I am seeing is that the vendor informed us that the product was backordered which was on 2/26. We suspect your order will still be fulfilled once the supplier receives more stock. However, we can contact the vendor and request a cancelation a refund if you prefer" Which means 1) their third party supplier didn't even backorder the item until I complained on Friday and 2) bodybuilding.com doesn't bother to even follow up once they send your money off into oblivion. The support tech "suspects" I may one day miraculously receive my item. WHAT A JOKE! Now it's 2 weeks of red tape apparently to get my refund. This amounts to fraud. They took my money and lied about my shipment being sent. Please don't use bodybuilding.com if you expect to actually receive a product. EDIT: For BB.com - my Order Number: 3797073826. I can't reply to your response.

I try to notify them about the "Protein Pound" system that they have. I don't really use and accumulated huge numbers of points. Once I decided to order shaker after my old one broke just to save money all hell broke on me. Useless customer service blaming my browser, my computer skills, no knowledge hot to use it basically constant and constant always by different agent. It got hectic to this point that I simply place my order normal with no points they keep emailing me for the information about their own not working point system. Every single time starting with some idiotic ideas that " I must off do something worng". Im a web developer your codes system gives invalid errors and messages fix it! and do not bother me again!

I canceled my orders, somehow my account became active once again and it automatically decided to just ship me a new order and charge my card. I spoke to customer service who had the audacity to lie about the product already being shipped, now it's been "delivered" I've yet to receive the package that I wanted to cancel and yet I still cannot get any response on my refund. This site has turned into a joke. Take your business to Amazon. I've emailed support when they told me to send them my order ID with absolutely no response. Why waste your time responding to my review for save face and not actually do anything

Customer service is a sh!t show 3 emails on 3 different day no response then tried there chat option since there phone number doesn't work waited 30 minutes no answer I'm done with them ordered many times with no issue but this time only send half of order no way to contact them to get resolved

I’ve been a long time fan of using bodybuilding.com to the point I stopped using muscle and strength and stop going into GNC. But in the last several months my last two orders have been delayed and now completely incorrect product being sent to me. Trying to get bodybuilding.com to acknowledge and respond is like pulling teeth. Not sure what happened to their quality but it’s definitely gone downhill

I ordered some protein bars and fat burners while in Italy for a few months. DHL were failing to deliver and the “help” I (didn’t) receive when contacting bodybuilding.com was an absolute joke and. Had to get a refund through PayPal. I’ve bought supplements in a few countries from dozens of websites and never had such a bad experience

Very bad shopping experience with this website. Customer service do not answer, but if you still contact them, they will brazenly deceive you. My package is lost and there is nothing I can do about it. Never buy there this is terrible service.
