too expensive

I ordered from them once and they sent me multiple orders and refused to fix their issue.

I've been BB customer for the past few years, but for the past 3 times I ordered, my orders went to Turkmenistan, Ghana and some other country, I waited for those orders for months in vain, never received my products, even after I paid $15-$20 for shipment fees.

My order was cancelled twice. I can’t contact with you the uk number is not working. The live chat is not working. I wanted to order vitamins but there is way to contact. Disappointing company.

First, there were issues of them not shipping the product as it was out of stock and when they sent it, now it's stuck in Customs and gonna be returned. After almost 1 and a half months of waiting still nothing. These guys are a joke. EUR-58052

Absolutely horrific customer care for such a big company. Ordered almost 2 months ago - some items were out of stock despite being in stock at time of order. Waited couple weeks for item to be in stock. Finally shipped, but item has not moved for over a month. Emailed customer care, no response. Had to DM their IG page, but their reply was to wait for 45 working days before they would even bother to check on my order, or process a refund. BTW, live chat function does not work as well. Link just re-directs me to their 'Help' page, which serves as no use. ORDER USD-3907102

Service, welke service? Reageren totaal niet op je mails.

Two weeks ago, I ordered some things, and that order is not sent to me. I tried with emails, Facebook, nothing, there is no answer. This is not normal, I am waiting someone to answer me for 2 weeks now!? They "have" service support, which doesn't answer to any email. But, they know to spam with "new deals", but they can't even send what is already paid.
