The shopping experience was great, it was easy to select the item and pay for it. But what was missing the was the lead time. I got a confirmation email later which said it will ship on 20 Aug, almost a month away. I did not expect that. The item is not urgent, so it does not create a problem for me, but it would have been better to know.

I keep getting asked over and over to review my experience. It sucked The website sucks this description of the chair said little to nothing you don't even have other photos. If I didn't have a chair made by this company that was perfect. I would never be buying a $1,000 chair with no reviews and one guy on YouTube with a video. I have given no information about how long it would take to ship the chair and I still have no information about how long it will take to arrive. I had to call to get the information on when it would ship. I'm so sure the chair will be good but put a little work into letting people know about it. Edit: Now that I have the chair. I love it not has good as the one at work but feeling good so far.

Good, but nothing special. Looks like well overpriced. Casters for sure were in use before. No functional damage, but scratches on wheels. No Allen wrench in box. No printed manuals. Chat representative David promised to send manual by e-mail - nothing after 5 days. Delivery was good, but unexpected, because WEB-site still shows status of my order as "Processing".

I have a wonderful ergonomic chair from Bodybilt! It has changed my life dramatically by allowing me to be in the correct position to be on my laptop a few hours a day. I have degenerative disc disease among other spinal issues. I could not be on my laptop for 30 minutes before crippling pain prevented further connection with the world. The chair is robust and the sales rep was knowledgeable about the best solutions for my specific needs. After about 6 months the air pump lumbar system would not hold air overnight. The customer support was a bit slow to respond but ultimately delivered the replacement parts quickly once my request for help made it to the top of the support list. I highly recommend this company and their well-designed chairs.
