The shipment and delivery were faster than expected. However, the right/left adjustment feature on left arm of chair does not work. This chair is for an urgent reasonable accommodation/ergonomic need, but the chair does not meet the need in this condition.

Customer Service is friendly enough but the warranty on these chairs is fairly limited and short-term. They don't seem to have much information on or service for what they consider "older" model chairs (mine is from 2008). Definitely not "Lexus-like" in terms of standing behind product with parts and warranty.

I love the product line from ergogenesis. They have some of the best products in the ergonomic arena. I have been recommending them to patients for years. Unfortunately I have been extremely disappointed with the local rep system they use to distribute.
