Un vrai scam!!!!! Le site promets livraison gratuite, puis rajoute près de 20% sur la facture pour la livraison. En plus, avec une VISA à débit différé, le site a réussi a débité mon compte bancaire le jour même. De surcroît, ils ont proposé d'annuler la commande si je paie 5%!!!!! Un vrai scam à fuire

Hello Sir, I apologize for any confusion. We only offer Free Shipping on domestic US orders from our US site. As you order was being shipped to France it does not qualify for Free Shipping. If you see anything on the website that say Free Shipping for International orders please take a screenshot, email that to us, and we will of course have a shipping refund issued. That additional charge you saw at final checkout was the shipping cost to ship to France. We display a full line item of charges at checkout. In regards to the charging of your card for payment, all transactions are fully complete when you check out on the website for the stated amount of the order. When an order is placed we accept the money for the cost of the order. Our 5% processing fee is the payment processing fee which is not-refundable from the card processing company. They will not return 5% of the transaction, so we are not able to return that to you as we are not given that 5%. We apologize for any confusion.
