Yes your package is still in transit to Canada. If you check your tracking for your order you can see the updates about where it is! From what I can see it arrived in Toronto yesterday, so I would expect it to deliver in the coming days. International shipping usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks to clear customs and arrive, so you're actually a bit ahead of schedule! We're sorry for the wait! Since we are shipping from Arizona, packages going to Canada typically take a little bit longer for final delivery. At 12 days in, your package is actually right on schedule for standard international mail. We do offer expedited shipping for future orders if you're ever on a tight schedule, but your current package is well on its way. Hello Sir, I apologize for any confusion. We only offer Free Shipping on domestic US orders from our US site. As you order was being shipped to France it does not qualify for Free Shipping. If you see anything on the website that say Free Shipping for International orders please take a screenshot, email that to us, and we will of course have a shipping refund issued. That additional charge you saw at final checkout was the shipping cost to ship to France. We display a full line item of charges at checkout. In regards to the charging of your card for payment, all transactions are fully complete when you check out on the website for the stated amount of the order. When an order is placed we accept the money for the cost of the order. Our 5% processing fee is the payment processing fee which is not-refundable from the card processing company. They will not return 5% of the transaction, so we are not able to return that to you as we are not given that 5%. We apologize for any confusion.
