Do not sell your watches to Bob's
Do not sell your watches to Bob's. First, they low ball you on the price after your mail it in saying it needed (Maintenace for a $1000 on a Breitling and a simple polish.) The woman states $3200 as an offer, prior to their adjusted repairs in person and then comes back with $2500 after they have your property. The woman promised an automatic payment, but then became a wire transfer a week later. I called back that day when I found out the watch was never paid and was delayed by the transfer. I emailed multiple times to have my watch returned to me, but they refused. However, Bob's Watches said it would be posted $5000. In short I asked to cancel the transfer immediately or add an additional $500 to the payment. They refused both. DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL NOT BE HONEST IN THEIR NEGOTIATIONS AT ALL.

Hi Robert, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Please feel free to message us directly on TrustPilot or contact the Bob's Watches customer service team at 800-494-3708 if you want to speak to a customer service representative regarding your recent transaction or are still waiting to settle the wire transfer. I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Please know that it is never our intention to lowball our customers. We have built a vast community of watch colletors by being fair and transparent with every customer. Some watches need to be repaired before we can resell them in an effort to offer our customers the most pristine inventory on the pre-owned luxury watch market. Unfortunately, we can not confirm all repairs needed until we can examine the watch in the metal. Additionally, all repairs are done by reputable watchmakers who only use genuine parts, which can explain the discrepancy between your quote and the final offer. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have another chance in the future to prove to you why we are the most trusted used watch buyer and seller on the secondary market.
