People Make You Want To Come Back
Watch is awesome, but what made it a great experience was Thalia. I purchased the watch as a gift for a graduation and FedEx decided to drive by my house and not deliver the watch even though they claimed to have “attempted to deliver”. Panicked with the graduation the next day I called Thalia and she wrangled FedEx to make the driver come back and actually stop at my house even after they told me they wouldn’t. Needless to say I got the watch (which is beautiful) and it is all thanks to Thalia.

I’ll definitely use Bob’s Watches again
The communication process throughout the transaction was quick with the right level of detail to understand next steps and where we were in the process. Once the transaction was complete, delivery was scheduled for the following morning. The watch arrived well packaged and exactly as advertised in the photos and detailed description on the website.

Great experience. Great communication. The watch I ordered looks exactly like the condition described and expected. It arrived it one day. And I feel I paid a fair price. I highly recommend Bob’s Watches.

Rolex Purchase
Christian Sanchez did an outstanding job assisting me with purchasing my Rolex. The trade we worked out was fair and the process was very transparent.
