I bought a backpack for Christmas, it was shipped very quickly and arrived on time although I ordered quite late. The VISA payment was not working, I sent an email to support and I received an answer the next morning, which seems pretty good to me (in the meantime I had paid via Paypal, which works well). I give a 4 star "only" because it was not clear to me that the bag had been sent: I did not receive any confirmation email and on the website the wording is not clear. The link to the carrier's website didn't work, so I wasn't entirely sure what was going on, which is a little stressful the first time you order. The other thing is that even though I used the Canadian website, the backpack was sent from Germany and I had to pay duties (which is not a problem, I did not pay taxes at first, but it's not clear on the website either). That being said, packaging was good, item arrived quickly, support was responsive (& I loved the "Frau" beside my first name :) ) => I would definitely recommend Bobleisure to anyone who asks.

Ordered a backpack from this site after reading reviews here and in the US site. The delivery took about a month when the site said 2-3 business days. I got worried at times and emailed the customer support which they usually responded to within 1-day. I was charged duty fees but got it refunded by the company with ease. Will order from here again but only if I don't have plans to use the items until a month or two.

Fantastic service, excellent communication, and very fast delivery. (but most importantly, very good prices) Worth noting: BobLeisure Canada did the work and cleared the bureaucratic hurdles for tax-free import to Canada!! *I bought a BCA4 avalanche probe.

Great prices but don't be fooled, you will have to pay Customs Fees and wait a long time for shipping. While the name looks Canadian, my product shipped from Germany, got held in customs for a week and now I'm stuck with a $90 fee. Even on their website, their FAQ makes it sound like you won't need to pay duty or taxes. Don't be fooled! Be very careful ordering from here From their FAQ "10.1. Bod leisure Canada were not upfront about additional costs for duties and taxes. They also ship with FedEx who does not deliver packages with unpaid duties, which you do not know are unpaid until they contact you by mail and the package is already in overgoods. I had to pay additional shipping to get it out. It was horrible and my purchase still has not arrived one and a half months later. It has now arrived and Bob leisure helped with the additional costs.

I bought it via Paypal because I was afraid, but the item came from Germany and it took just 3 business days to arrive at my home in Canada. The customer relationship is excellent and they answer quickly. I bought a backpack and it arrived perfectly.
