Just bought a family size of mashed potatoes. Date is 2/26/24. They and Walmart had best be on alert if I get sick from tasting rancid potatoes! I am furious.

Lake Whales, Fl location Feb 14, 2024, morning Showed up several people waiting to be put on list. 10 min no one came to front at all, no hostess, cashier, no one. Saw 3 people just standings other side. Got on list another 10 min ok, found out only two servers, but there were 4 other people just standing around watching. No management in sight. 10 min before anyone stopped at table, again 3 or 4 other just watching, not helping poor servers at all. Not even making or serving coffee Gave order, 5 minutes got empty coffee cups, 10 minutes later got coffee. Once I finally got some coffee, I just watched the chaos for 30 min. It was pathetic. No manager ever appeared. No one helped the 2 servers at all. Just watched. The manager needs replaced immediately. The 2 Servers were Heroes. Worst thing I’ve seen in over 60 yrs.

Ate at the Columbia, Missouri restaurant. So-so service. Meal was not “hearty” as described in the menu. In fact, when I was finished I was still hungry! Small portion size at a full meal price….$17 with beverage. Not worth it.

Very cold in here service horrible and slow hour to get my food. Very poor service.

Ate breakfast this morning at the Bob Evans in Lake City, FL. Not the Bob Evans we remember. The place was not busy. Service was okay, slow to get food out if kitchen. Coffee was like warm water and was out of the Strong pot. My wife's pot roast sandwich was one big chunk of meat on bread, chicken in salad was dry and lacked flavor. Very disappointed. AND they took a very popular dish off the menu, the Pot Roast Hash off of the menu!! Why? Will not return.

Ordered hot tea, waitress brought me a cup, hot water in pot without a lid but no tea bags. Took 10 minutes to get tea bags. I was by myself for lunch. I ordered a cheese omelet breakfast and some cinnamon biscuits. She asked if I wanted biscuits or banana bread. I choose banana bread. Took 30 to 40 minutes to bring out banana bread, which was very good. After close to a hour waiting I asked how much longer for my food. She told me that they were preparing it now. The cheese omelet was over cooked but because of time I did not send it back and ate what I could. This was in Pekin, il

I was delivered Bob Evans and my cappuccino tasted like dirt water my eggs were cold and tasted nasty the only thing that was halfway good was the hash browns and they were cold

I was so hungry this morning because I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast. Waited for my food for two hours and the waitress we had served everyone else except for us and we had to speak to the manager in order to get our food. All I wanted to do was eat and didn’t have the time to wait that long. Terrible service. Way to ruin a morning AND afternoon since we were here so long.
