red meat, nasty sweet tea,and the food was very disgusting

I was a manager for Bobs through the ‘80’s….and once the family sold, it’s been a downward spiral of food quality, employee standards, cleanliness, management….the list goes on. No waffles? No sausage chili? No BBQ ribs? No coconut cream pie…..very disappointing.

My husband and I went to the Bob Evans in Muncie, Indiana this week. I ordered a cup of gravy and he ordered a bowl of gravy. When we received our orders, we felt like the portions were similar, so I ask for another cup like the one my gravy came in. When they brought the cup to us, we poured the gravy out of his bowl into the cup and it was exactly the same amount. But they were going to charge more for his because it was in a bowl. We spoke to the general manager, and her response was yes Bob Evans does all kinds of things like that, but I just work here, I can’t do anything about it. At that point we told her we would not be paying the bowl price for the cup of gravy, my husband received. She said she would make the adjustment on our bill however, when we received it, she had not made any adjustments after we flagged her down. She said she made the adjustment but the waitress just picked up the wrong check. We won’t be going back. What a scam!

Bob Evan’s in belden village Ohio has the slowest cooks ever. It does not matter if you order inside or take out or even door dash it will be the longest you have ever waited for food in you life. Stay far away if your hungry

Waitress not friendly , I mentioned coffee was lukewarm and drank it but wanted a cup w/ hot . She did not even let me finish talking. Food is not all that good as use to be , if you could work on that . Bread used for toast is old , falls apart . No thank yous for coming in

The Bob Evans in Sun City Florida is one of the dirtiest places I’ve been to in a long time . Blinds were closed and until you started staring at things you wouldn’t notice. The carpet was dark also until you caught a glimpse at the edges which were nice and clean. My breakfast was horrible. Everything cooked with extremely rancid oil. The bread was stale. Must say my waitress was nice.

I loved Bob Evans since I was a kid ( I'm 67 ) . Best of the Best. Unfortunately on 06/06/2026 I was SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED. The service was awesome as usual BUT the food was absolutely horrible. Cold and Horrible. VERY VERY SAD 😢

Savanna made it great. We go to the Mt Pleasant, MI location. Savanna is a ball of energy, attentive and always smiling. She would be a great trainer for all of your locations!
