The worse so called food I ever experience ever!! The atmosphere was horrific, the smell was bad, the workers were ruff talking. I wish I had walked out. Couldn’t eat the sausage, if that is what it was supposed to be. Tasted like something I never experienced an never want to again. I was so very disappointed. Never never stop at any bob evens anywhere again.

Bob Evans should be ashamed to serve what they call their chicken and fruit salad plate. It was mostly grapes, three very thin and tiny pieces of cantaloupe, maybe two or three strawberries cut up, and a very small scoop of chicken salad. For this they charged 10.99. Even if you loved purple grapes you couldn’t eat that many at once. In years past it truly was a fruit salad with watermelon, pineapple, and a nice portion of strawberries and cantaloupe. Very disappointed, it was always our go to place for a good quality meal. Other menu items have gone down in portion and taste as well.

Advertised a $5 Bonus gift card on Father's Day with a $25 gift card purchase. I've got the screen shot. Purchased the card, never got the "bonus" and my customer service request has not been answered. What is with these businesses being allowed to do this kind of thing? Will go elsewhere from now on.

Overpriced chicken pot pie eyes with virtually no chicken with almost nothing inside.... Total waste of $10.... Go to the store and get Marie calendars or Boston market..... The new management kill this one

Mothers Day, taken out to our local Bob Evans, my Grandson, treated his mother and me great grand mother, his two children, to a Mothers Day treat, We actually went on Saturday, instead of Sunday. We arrived, and waited a hour , before we were called back, the young man didn't give us any meues, we then were put at a table, for 5 , no menus, we waited another, 20 minutes, finally a waitress came, she took are drink order, I personally ask her for menus, and silver ware, she left. She later came back, with drinks, we told her we had no menus, I ask for water to be bought, she brought it , to me alone, not everyone, then I told her we didn't have menus , we have no sliver ware, no rolls, nothing , this was 20 minutes later, she brought us 2 rolls and butter on separate plates, we ate that , minutes passed by, another waitress came and we ask for more bread, and menus, we finally got to order our food, I am 74 and know dressing , the dressing was dry and hard, it to me tasted like Stove Top, Gravy about 2 tablespoons, Now , my grandson ordered a sirloin steak, when it came the steak was about 1 inch thick , looked like a Hamburger patty, My little grandson had a Hamburger, and Fries, I think his meal was good. What has happened to Bob Evans Restaurants, Used to be the best place to get Home Made food, BOB would be ashamed.

Just picked up 3 dinners at Bob Evans South Lansing and it was NOT a good experience!!! Chopped steak was overdone, no gravy for mashed potatoes, paid an extra $2 for pie that was not there!!! Hardly any mushrooms or onions on the chopped steak!!!! UGH! not a good time!!

Will never go to Bob Evans in Brooksville, Fl. again. The service was really bad. We would ask our server, Debra for something, she would say be right back and we would be almost finished with what we needed something for. Literally had to get sugar off the table behind us for my husband's coffee. I had grits and they were like someone just poured the salt box in them. and they were cold. I'm from the south and grew up on grits, have you ever tried eating cold grits?

had to wait to be seated even though didn't appear to be busy, and if was acknownledge us, and say i'll be right with you, not happy with all menu changes don't offer a lot of good food like used to, prices to high for what you get.
