Service was slow but the food was worth it. the bathrooms were clean and everyone had a smile on their face.....

Good food and service but don’t see the need to up charge for added gravy! Ordered biscuit and gravy special asked for gravy to be put on home fries also ,, $2 for the extra gravy when the meal itself comes with gravy?? Could see if meal was eggs and meat and then asked for gravy ,, would expect the additional charge?

The waitress was a sweetie. I was disappointed that there was no cornmeal mush on the menu anymore. It was why we decided to eat there. The grapes should have been tossed. Everything else was good and the service was great.

Service was good. Western omelette was horrible. Super greasy and vegetables did not taste fresh. Trimble Road Bob Evans.

It was our first time eating at this place last night even though we've been walking past it for a long time now. Was surprised to discover that they serve good food and drinks. Really worth the visit.

I ordered online from the BobbEvans on a Huber Blvd in Westerville. The food is as good as always but I have 3 or 4 complaints: 1) I did not get one of my food items EVEN THOUGH I asked the associate who delivered my order to DOUBLE CHECK to be sure my order was complete. When she handed me my order she assured me “it’s all there.” Fact is, IT WASN’T. Have had this problem with this location multiple times, requiring g me to go back and get the item I paid for. 2) order fish and a side of vegetables and Bob EVANS threw the carrots in the same container with the fish!! As a result, the carrots were rolling around and got cold and the fish had carrot juice on it. Did not get the usual condiments(butter, tarter sauce) so will request those when I go back. 3) The Cod fish I received was NOT what was pictured on the menu: the menu shows 1 large filet; what I received were 2 small-med fillets. This was another first. Considering that I tipped them, I am frustrated - AGAIN- that this location seems to STILL NOT ON TOP OF ITS CARRY OUT GAME. Shame on you Bob Evans. How many times does this have to happen to me before you get it right? ;(is

Bob Evans in Waverly Ohio. Address: 50 Morningside Dr, Waverly, OH 45690 Today I have reviewed Bob Evans hand breaded chicken breast, with mac n cheese, rolls, and mashed potatoes. The service was really good, and the employees was really nice. Even though they wasn’t really busy they didn’t even come back over, and ask if we needed anything else. The chicken was a decadent, and crispy just the way I liked it. The buttery salty flavor was hitting different; I loved the chicken it was really juicy with a pop of flavor! The chicken was crispy, buttery, salty, and well cooked though!!! The mac n cheese had a weird taste like their wasn’t any cheesy taste to it. So to be said the mac n cheese didn’t have much flavor but just had a weird taste can’t explain the taste. The mashed potatoes and gravy was flavorful but it was missing something else in the potato’s like it needed more of a buttery flavor to it. The rolls was dry but had a good flavor to it the rolls was different than I remember it so I definitely think they have changed the recipe to it. The rolls how I used to remember it was better. After all I have reviewed this it was pretty good. 1-5 stars: The service was 4 stars, the rolls was 3 stars, the potatoes was 2 1/2 stars, the mac n cheese was 2 stars, and the chicken was a solid 4 1/2. So if you’re like me, and you like good service, and good food than this is the place for you I highly recommend it. 4 stars I can’t complain!!!! Side note please if you can go back to the old roll recipe I definitely would come in more often if you do. Thank you!

We love Bob Evans food especially the pot roast. But, the service seems to be going down hill and the employees don't seem to care. We ate there last night and there were only about 4 or 5 tables/booths that were being occupied. When we asked the "so called greeter" he sarcastically replied that they were "trying to catch up with the orders" The ONLY orders they were busy with was the take out!! I mentioned to our sweet waitress about the situation when we finally got seated and she replied that the restaurant had different cooks.......one to prepare for the take outs and the other for the customers in the restaurants Is Bob Evans restaurant planning on closing their doors?? They need to retrain some of the staff. There were 5 or 6 workers just standing around and talking among themselves. The customers that were waiting...........could have at least been seated and offered coffee, tea or water !!
