We are delighted to respond you your review, as we look over your file James, your statements are not really accurate to the facts of the order. While we agree you placed your order on June 19th under a 6-8 week time line, it is perfectly normal for you to receive proofs as you have. And yes we agree during the process, you did make some changes to the clay molds during the process (this also adds time as per our emails inform our clients) and on June 1st you stated in email APPROVED Great job!! Thank you. James R. At that time the head is baked, no further changes are made and color is applied. Again all written in our email communications on each proof to avoid misunderstandings. The clay head is the same as the completed baked head. As we serve the world in bobbleheads using many of our own bobblehead companies, it would have no value to provide a proof to a client for approval, then modify the head. Being said, we never modified your head. It is as is. In reading your emails and review, it is not insulting to educate our clients on the process. That is the purpose of communication. It is very odd you believe belittling our workers stating we run a sweatshop when the fact remains, our business model is followed by most other bobblehead companies, doing our work for 10 years has given us a lot of experience and very happy clients. It would remain hard to be in business for 10 years if all our clients believed the same as your statements., What we realize is in business, you never can make everyone happy. In your case, I believe the doll actually looks very good to the person form the photo and many others have agreed. We would suggest anyone who wants real reviews of our products to simply check them out online, we have in 1 years time over 1000 5 star reviews from clients and continue to grow. It is important for people to see true reviews as this one, but to understand that individual experience can vary depending on the persons expectations. We never promise 100% likeness - that is what custom made is. We use artistic skills from a provided photo to sculpt the head, then provide completed photos. Your order meet all the criteria and we regretfully will continue to disagree with your opinion. In either case, we thank you for taking the time to write to us. Thank you for writing. During the process, we provide to each client clay and color proofs. In looking at your file, each phase had been approved before we ever sent the item to you. In the clay stage, the color is simply clay and would not show the colors of the dog properly, until approved and baked. At that stage, we paint the item to match your photos. Making changes if needed is part of the process. To receive your approval means we completed the painted and clay proofs during the process to you liking. We do not charge additional monies in each phase to make them as you would like. In regards to your request for having us delivery your item without a signature. We explain in every proof email as well as on our site that every order is a sign for item. Our proof email that was approved contained in part the following statement: Additional information: We use in most cases, FedEx delivery with a required signature. Our site sends out automatic emails with the tracking information to each client as well. If you did not receive the email, it is possible held in your spam. We take great pride in our work and with our clients approvals, seeing your statements is not clear to us as you made the approval before we sent the item. It should not be a surprise to what was being sent. We are very sorry you feel as something was done incorrectly, I am not sure who made the approvals of each phase. Hi Jake, Let me first off say we are sorry to receive this type review but understand it is the feelings of your experience with us. I went to review the order and see we had received so much positive feedback with the doll during production, such as The approval of the color complexion proofs, followed by the completed doll proof which asked for some changes as seen here Thank you for your hard work. Me and my brothers would like the following touch-ups: 1) Long hair. a little longer than shoulder length 2) More brown and less blond in the hair, but still some blond 2) The face a little bit slimmer 3) The eye brows less "Evil" looking, more "happy" looking 4) if possible: could you make the sneakers look like running shoes. For example simply add some fluorescent colors, symbol on the side, ect. Thanks!!! -Jesse then we provided the revision and received Great email, thanks for doing the work on this. and at the end, the final email Looks great, please ship. Thanks. Alex & Jesse Mackinnon We received another email asking if the doll had been shipped and responded back to you immediately: To: 'alex mackinnon' Subject: RE: ****-***** Jesse MacKinnon We received your call today in regards. I am asking the factory for further information as this should have been shipped a long time ago. We will update you later. Sorry for any trouble. We then realized the error we made and completed the doll for shipment. - The original order date was on November 29th and the time line selected was our after holiday time line. This option is offered before the major Holidays at a discounted rate causing a much slower production. The estimated time time would of been 9-12 weeks in most cases. However, I do see the order had a further delay which was unfair to you. Your doll had been accidentally marked incorrectly during production and placed into the wrong area. This caused the doll to sit untouched while it could of been final baked and shipped. For this we are very sorry and corrected this trouble for future orders. I reviewed the case and photos and think the doll looks very good. Thank you for taking the time to write us, again we are sorry for the delay in receipt but we are delighted it was received well.
