Great customer service and quality!
UPDATE: Bobbleheads contacted me and is remaking the doll so the hair does not impact the movement of the head. THIS is why I chose them! Fantastic customer service!! The hair on the doll was a little longer than pictured so we had to cut it so the head would actually bobble. Otherwise, great quality. Also didn't realize this is a foreign company :(

The whole experience was fantastic!
The ordering process was really easy, with lots of great options and designs to choose from.
