Throughout the entire creation and design process for my custom bobblehead, they demonstrated exceptional communication skills. The final product bears a striking resemblance, and they were consistently open to making adjustments and modifications based on my requests

Rubber, not baked clay
While the likeliness of the "model" and the overall design turned out great, it's not clay, it's rubber and the head doesn't "bobble" because of the hair placement. I've ordered several bobbleheads from other companies and they've all been baked clay. Perhaps this is the new norm?

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the likeness and overall design of the bobblehead. We'd like to clarify that our custom bobbleheads are handmade from polymer clay, not rubber. Regarding the bobble feature, the head was created according to the bobble head style selected for your order. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our designs and craftsmanship. 😊 Best regards, Bobbleheads Gifts Team

The Team did an incredible job in creating a close to identical bobble head. They emailed throughout the process and ensured the creation was to my liking. The only down-side to this was that despite ordering the vip service and despite advertisements that these items would be delivered by a certain date, it exceeded the timeline expectation of delivery.
