Amazing communication!!!
Amazing communication! Kept me updated throughout the steps making sure I like how the product was looking and delivery came quicker then it said so you can’t complain about that I will be using bobblegifts again for future occasions

Great communication and sculpting.
Great communication and detailed custom bobble head. Got this for a coworker, and getting multiple copies made. Excellent experience and back and forth via email with pictures of progress. They made all changes as necessary and were more than happy to add accessories.

Like talking to a brick wall
I do not understand why they have you select colors for skin, eyes, and hair because they did not follow it at all. They did them wrong, would send photos with numbers to specify what correction was needed. Made the wrong correction multiple times, it was like they don’t listen at all. The final product was good on some, others way off and they said they could not fix it at that point because it was too far in. I do not recommend at all.

The selection on the website is very good. You find your way around easily and can quickly summarize your wishes. Jessica did an excellent job. Although several changes had to be made, she never lost patience and was always knowledgeable and helpful. Very good communication and shipping also worked very well. Thanks a lot!!! Die Auswahl auf der Website ist sehr gut. Man findet sich gut zurecht und kann seine Wünsche schnell zusammenfassen. Jessica hat eine hervorragende Arbeit geleistet.
