Not Happy Customer
I purchased some of the wine bottle stoppers with my face on top. The picture for approvals looked great, but when the stoppers arrived the color of the faces was extremely PINK, like PINK, PINK, not at all like the picture that was sent to me. The faces are so pink, I don’t want to give them out as gifts. I emailed the service group and they said they can’t fix them, won’t replace them, and won’t refund them. It was a waste of $150.
Response from BobblegiftsOct 29, 2025
We sincerely apologise that the colour of your custom wine stoppers did not match the approval picture. We take this feedback very seriously. To investigate and resolve this for you promptly, please provide your order number via Trustpilot private message or directly to [email protected]. A dedicated agent will contact you immediately to assist. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Bobblegifts Team

A brilliant item
I ordered a gift and was very surprised how good it was. It was easy to order and every step of my model being made I was contacted to verify if it was to my approval. The communication was excellent and reply’s were very quick. The delivery was quick and my item was well packed. The finished item was brilliant just like the photo i sent. Superb company, would definitely recommend.
