Great Communication, Great Detail
From start to finish, several people from the company communicated with me about the specifics of my order. They did a magnificent job at crafting, and even included some details I'd never thought about on the final product. Shipping was prompt, and the entire experience was smooth and comfortable.

I was looking for gift ideas and came…
I was looking for gift ideas and came across BOBBLEGIFTS. I sent in the info for a customized Bobblehead . The experience was wonderful. I was notified with each step in the process. I could submit little tweaks if I thought anything needed to be done . I was so very happy with the finished product , I ordered 3 more! A gift that is so personalized and will last forever . You won't be disappointed.

Booblehead different from proof photos. Non responsive customer service.
I bought two bobbleheads and they sent me something different than the proof pictures, and when I notified them about the mistake and how to proceed, and they ghosted me. No response to multiple emails. No offers for refunds or to fix the mistakes. Very disappointed in this company.
Response from BobblegiftsNov 17, 2025
Dear Ryan Barber, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced. We deeply regret the discrepancy between the product received and the proof photos, as well as our delayed response. Due to a recent surge in orders, our customer service team has been handling a higher volume of emails than usual, leading to some delays. Please know that we are working diligently, including overtime, to address all inquiries as quickly as possible. To help us resolve this promptly, could you kindly provide your order number? We will assign a dedicated agent to personally oversee your case and ensure it is properly addressed — whether that means a replacement, refund, or other solution. We truly appreciate your patience and hope for the opportunity to make things right. Sincerely, The BobbleGifts Team

Totally shocking
Totally shocking, I sent 2 old dog photo and got 2 dogs without expressions, scale not respected. Communication was appalling like people using chat gpt. Bottom line I gave up, as I already paid. Not what I was sold ! Avoid

False claims
This company claims to be located in America and they claim all products are made in America. It 100% is located, made and shipped from China.

Rude
When asked to proof the stages i told them that there was no likeness but I was told that it could not be changed now. Rude and not accommodating. We feel so let down and disappointed. I would not recommend their services. Seems like others have been happy but not us.
Response from BobblegiftsNov 6, 2025
Hello Michael, We're truly heartbroken to read your review. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the way you were treated during the proofing process and for making you feel unheard. This is not the standard we set for ourselves at BobbleGifts. We understand that creating a perfect, personalized gift is incredibly important, and we're so sorry we fell short. While there are limitations on changes once production begins, we should have handled the situation with much more care and understanding. We feel terrible about your experience and would love to make it right. Could you please contact us at [email protected] so we can listen to your concerns properly? Warmly, The BobbleGifts Team
