Such a great friendly company
Such a great friendly company as they dealt with my broken massage gun quickly and efficiently by offering me a replacement without fuss. Very happy with the outcome.

Bob and brand elastic band and customer service
I buy the Bob and brand elastic bandas. Their are great and strong, very good quality material. Also I experince a problem with one band and they solve it inmediatly, and send me more than one replacement. The customer service is fast and more than helpful.

I reached out to Bob and brad regarding an issue I had with one of their products. They were super responsive. They corrected the issue much faster than i anticipated. I would recommend there products and know that they stand behind there products with strong customer service.
