Had an issue with a D6 Pro massage gun. Managed easily over email. Responded quickly and shipped out a replacement following a short video showing the problem. Very happy with after sales service received.

Die Massagepistole ist leise und gut. Nachteile: Die Akkukapazität sollte größer sein, bei einer Massage mit der Stufe 2 hält der Akku höchstens 5 Massagen je 10min = ca.50min

These guys literally have the best customer service. I also really love my massage gun and use it all the time. I am an avid gym goer and get sore muscles. Good quality and gets into those sore spots. Highly recommend.

I bought a heating pad that was advertised as infrared. What I received was a regular heating pad from China. When I plugged it in the light went on for a second but did not work at all. I emailed them about returning and was told to mail it back to them but I have to pay for return shipping and a tracking number to keep checking on it.
