We looked into your account and found that our scam-blocking system actually filtered out several fraudulent leads, we do this to help keep our marketplace trustworthy and safe for sellers. As for support hours, our team is happy to help via phone, email, or voicemail (we respond within one business day). We appreciate you sharing this and hope we can support you going forward.

Boat Trader does actively monitor for suspicious activity and works to identify and flag scam attempts when they're reported or detected and we encourage all suspected fraud to be reported to [email protected].
