We're sorry to hear this — messaging is a core part of how buyers and sellers connect, so a breakdown there is a real problem. We've seen a couple of things cause this kind of gap: sometimes a reply gets flagged as suspicious activity and filtered before it reaches the other person, and other times someone ends up creating a second account without realizing it (often from logging in on a different device with Google or Apple Sign-In instead of their original email), which can split the conversation across two accounts. We did notice that photos weren't uploaded to your listing until a few days after it went live, photos are one of the biggest factors in catching a buyer's attention early on, so a delay there can affect how a listing performs in those first crucial days.
