Great Experience
Overall the experience was really good. Initially I had a few issues with the search functionality. After two phone calls, the team figured out the issue on the backend and extended my plan to compensate for the issues. After a few weeks, the boat sold. It was a very good experience.

Had some great responses to the boat
Had some great responses to the boat, few kooky Lou’s but finally found the guy who knew boats, boat motors etc.

I found the site a little difficult to…
I found the site a little difficult to navigate but was able to communicate with potential buyers. After one renewal of my add, I found a buyer and was able to make the sale. The site was successful in finding my buyer and would recommend it to others looking to sell a boat

The ad creation process was relatively…
The ad creation process was relatively easy. The pre built boat brands and types were helpful. The creation process should focus on the main description. The additional info for propulsion and other features are great but I don't think most buyers see them. The metrics were very helpful. The messaging portion of the site was great and made communication easier and safe. One feature to think about adding is the ability to indicate a sales status such as pending continue to show, contract pending or something to show selling status

Liked it overall, very easy to use.
Was good. I'd like to see some type of pro-rated refund if you need less time than the time given. not necessarily dollar for dollar, but 5, 10, 15% rebate.

Good place to list your boat for sale…
Good place to list your boat for sale and, for the most part, they give you good advice on selling it. My gut tells me that they are using AI to hype the value of your listing and that encourages you to begin with an asking price too high for the actual market. I am almost 4 weeks in and have been cutting my asking price every week without reaching a point of getting an offer. I believe I started way too high and now have to work the price down to it's real value.
