Hi Gabe, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your listing and billing outcome. We take concerns like this seriously and looked into your account to better understand what happened. Your listing was originally purchased as a 6-week advertising package with auto-renew enabled. As part of that plan, renewal charges of $299 were processed on 10/22 and 12/3, and reminder emails were sent prior to each renewal, along with confirmation emails after each payment was processed. When you contacted our support team on 12/18, our representative offered a partial refund as a courtesy; however, you ended the call before we were able to complete that resolution. While we understand auto-renew plans can sometimes be confusing, our intention is always to provide clear communication and transparent billing. Hi Jeffrey, we understand your frustration and appreciate you reaching out. We looked into your account and can confirm that an autorenewal reminder was emailed a few days before the charge, along with the renewal details shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. We do see that you spoke to our rep on December 3rd, 9 days after you were charged, about your refund request. Regarding the inquiries you received, though this can happen on marketplaces, we continuously work to identify and block them. Reporting suspicious messages to us helps us take action quickly. Hi Kenneth, we’re sorry you encountered that. Unfortunately, asking sellers to purchase a history report is one of the more common tactics scammers use online. We actually call this out as a red flag on our website so sellers know what to watch for. We are always refining our tools and safeguards to help limit suspicious activity.
