I have purchase boar airdrops 163. After 1 month use it's not working and i have many times customer contact to compliant. and official service Centre visit physically but not response in service center. 3RD CLASS SERVICE in boat products. next time i have not suggest to any one purchase boat products.

Complete dissatisfied with the Boat Services. They are just making people fool as they are providing very low quality product that will remain useless after one month for customer . AIRDOPES will not work after 1 month. On the sake of warranty they will said that their service will not be available at customer locality and their customer representative suggest for claiming warranty online. If we will want to punch warranty claim online then in end a pop up received that today claim limit punch has already exceeded . You need to try tomorrow. But this problem will remain forever for all the day. I don't recommend anyone to purchase this brand airpodes.

Be aware guys seriously telling don't buy any boat product. Service is really bad. They not provide you and replacement or repairing service if you have any problem in your product. I am shocked how this company doing like this. I had purchased boat rockerz 255 max it's stop working under one month. So I returned that product to boat but they not provide any replacement yet already 15 days are done for this.. Really frustrated please go with other brands.

What kind of pathetic service you guys provide .iam genuinely saying the product was Miss and u disconnected the call while speaking without completing also . learn work ethics first. I ordered an alpha airdopes for my cousin's birthday gift ,when we opened it, it was an empty box only usb cable was found and the airdopes were missing. I raised a ticket for the same they asked me to send an email with pictures.i did the same they closed the ticket without even replying . I raised a ticket again some employee called swapna called me and disconnected the call while speaking and dint resolve the issue.its such a pathetic service and website.i should have checked the reviews before placing the order. Never thought it was a fraud company. I want my product or refund .
