They never replace any product...it's just make us fool

I purchased a boat stone 1000 speaker in August. It worked two months fine. But in October I tried to claim my warranty because whenever i listen in full volume the speaker got automatically disconnect and switch off. I contacted customer care raise a request to claim the warranty but still not a resolution provided from boat team. They picked up the product and their stupid testing team sent the defective product bak to me stating that it is working fine. I have sent an email with the attached video proof that it is not working properly. My ticket I'd is 41277046. But still my warranty is not claimed there customer support agent always say that this time you will not face this issue but always the same. Such a bad experience not using the boat products ever in my life and suggest 100 people not to use that. You are cheaters your testing team is so stupid even my little bro who is 7 years old he is smart enough to see the problem. Worst purchase ever i trust boat because it is a INDIAN brand but you are cheaters.. please do not buy the product.

My humble request to boat is not to waste money on celebrity brand endorsement instead of wasting money on such things improve your products quality🙏

I recently ordered an Airdopes 200 Plus on their website and got an empty case without both the Airdopes. I made a complaint to them immediately, but numerous communications happened in between, but all gone in vain. They confirmed that they delivered the material in tact. But, I couldn't find any magician between us, who can make it disappear without opening the box. It is a pathetic experience, I had during my lifetime with a company like boAt, who sells its own product delivering such an injustice to ordinary customer like us. They do not want to accept the fault happened at their end and they delivered the empty box with a different colour instead I ordered. Please beware of such fraudulent companies, who loot our hard earned money in this way. At last, I left with no option other than throw the empty case in the bin.

Very Very Bad Service 😡 Used and Digestive dirty product Replacement

I bought boat EarPods from Amazon and within 3 months the product developed issues. The nearest service centre was 25 km so I had to go personally to have it checked out they accepted it but later I came to know that an online ticket has already been raised so now my both tickets have been invalidated and I am being forced to go back to service centre to collect the same which is not worth the effort. Feeling cheated and will recommend not to buy products of boat as they have pathetic after sales service at least when they collected the faulty product that time only they should have told the further action

Boat has the worst consumer service ever they won't repair/replace the faulty items they sent to consumer will never ever buy anything from this company

Bad experience, One side was not work and courier partner pick up my eardopes for repair i got a message that will be not covered under warranty just because of damaged, What they advised me if courier partner will come for pic up your product if found damaged will not be pic up...So if my product was damaged so don't know how they pic up my eardopes.. unbelievable.
