Boat is the worst Bluetooth earphone company. I have bought Boat Nirvana Ion recently on Feb 8 2024. Within two weeks itself the left bud stopped charging and I have claimed for warranty. Again after waiting for three weeks I have got a replacement product which stopped working after a month with the same charging issue. Boat Earphones are the worst product with no reliability and I would never recommend anyone to buy this useless product.

I don't even want to give a single star. It . Never think of buying anything from them. I have cancelled an order and they haven't made refund as the product didn't return their warehouse and when I ask them for refund they until it's not received we will not initiate refund like that they are saying. Bloody scammers. Waste of money and time

My ticket number is 45191471 more than 15 days passed . Boat courier partner has stolen my airdopes and i got a msg that "your product has been delivered on your address", but i didn't received nor i got any call or msg from boat. 5 days has been passed. No acknowledgement received through email. Customer Executive Just saying investigation is in progress but what is the exact status. When i get my airdopes back , No resolution provided by the team. I'm feeling like boat started the pick pocketing of their customers. Pathetic !!!

The worst warranty process I am experiencing from boAt now. I have purchased Smartwatch whose display has gone off after a month. I am facing following issue while claiming warranty (1) Their chatbot is so frustrating and don't pass call to real agent. (2) I wanted to pick up faulty watch on specific date, but they didn't have provision to mention date and they cancelled request after a week. (3) I tried to raise new request and now they are saying your invoice is tempered. (4) I tried multiple times to raise ticket but couldn't do it and now it is saying attempt exceeded. It seems to me that boAt management doesn't want to replace the product by so many unwanted automation. The customer gets frustrated and give up the replacement. What a shame...!!! I recommend not to buy any products from boAt as their warranty claim process is very poor and over automated.

I purchased a Xtend RTL Boat watch on 1/4/2023. When I tried to charge it at 10 PM on Saturday 30/3/2024, it did not charge. I could not bring it to the service centre on 31/3/2024 because it was Sun. On 1/4/2024, when I took it to their service centre, BT-PVS Service Centre in Bangalore, they rejected my warranty claim. They said it expired on Sunday at 12 midnight. How can I bring it on Sunday when the offices are closed. They are rejecting the warranty service without understanding the situation.
