Company severs the worstet delivery I have ever seen yet . Even the product is just 3km away from my house then also it takes 1.5 days to deliver it .

Worst service I faced I had my previous neckband Rockerz 235V2 which had issue with one of the earbud within a year and after return from the boat service I received a mail where it demands that product was damaged where it was alright when I had sent it for the service so they disappointed in this manner But i still i had trust over their product and bought earbud which was delivered on 1 june 2021 and today its 1 august just a month, left earbud is not working though tried all available hacks so really very disappointed they don't even deserve 1 star

The customer service of this company is pathetic more than their products. I've boAt Rockerz 245 v2 Pro, it didn't even last for a month and one side stopped working. their customer service just make you wait for months and months until you get tired of approaching them. Escalations of a case means nothing to them

Do not waste your money on buying boat products. I bought headphone rockerz 450R. In 2 months it stopped charging/battery discharged in 30 minutes. On claiming warranty it was picked up from home but again delivered faulty (so called repaired) product. Again warranty is to be claimed.It seems a never ending process

Don't purchase boat product. I purchased one boat airdopes. It's failed with in 6 months. Then I sent two times for warranty claim but still the same issue continues.

It's a waste buying boat products. There is nothing called warranty service. If a product stops working its better to buy some other brand rather than spending effort on their service centre's.

Please do not purchase any products from Boat as they claim to not be responsible for any products after they have been dispatched. I received an empty box in my delivery package, so I advise against purchasing any products from Boat.

Very bad experience. Almost 1 month over of my complaint and they are not able to provide me a solution. I mailed them 10 times after one week I get a reply that please give us 24 hours and after that they didn’t reply.Ticket I’d 46829513
