Very disappointed from the service of boat very poor , recommend not to buy product, I have purchased a product and it was broken so I asked to repair my product they answered that boat does not provide any kind of repair to your product if it is physically damaged although if you have warranty they will reject it Don’t buy product because they don’t provide any kind of good service Boat company should understand by charging some amount of money also they need to repair the product they can’t deniy for repair of product

My earbuds stopped working within 10 Days replacement option also closed we difficult to reach customer care

Utterly disappointing that i order Atom 81 and i got an empty package and nothing was present in it very worst experience and when i reached out for help i got nothing and in return they never exchanged me or refunded the amount and it all went in vain.

Boat earphones got useless exact after one year of their warranty period, I've faced this this with two earphones and the third one got useless within 6 months, and the service is bad at service center they took my earphone to replace within 7 days and after 7 days they told me that due to some technical issue you will have to send this to courier and again it will take 5 to 7 days.

I'm Using Boat products from more than 5 years and I 1st time ordered from boat's official website, one of the worst experience, I want to return the product, so I request for return and delivery partner picked up product from my place and I received text saying your Pickup is unsuccessful! delivery partner deny he didn't pick up the product I'm unable to connect Xpressbess team, and boat customer care team deny to help me with connecting delivery company and also said "Its not our responsibility!"

Products are very well in this Indian market, but I have 2 pcs of over headsets with bluetooth, but when you talk about bud replacement there is no one to listen, if I getting a product from boat why would I buy local things then and kind a cost for few hundreds more and buy new one, I am gym person due to sweat I lost my buds twice and there is no one to listen after sales because my product is out of warranty, did we ask any spare for free ? Do you even have a repairing team into the city like Delhi NCR, I feel so bad on this infact everyone will who work hard to earn and buy such products due to reliable one, hope the founder must answer me on this #amangupta what's a customer fault ???

I ordered a neckband from Flipkart, but the product I received was in very poor condition. I requested an exchange twice, and although they processed the exchanges, each time I received a damaged product. When I complained for the third time, they finally acknowledged that the product was defective. In the end, I ended up wasting Rs. 1400.

Worst service & products. Order boat earphones in April 2024, started to have issue in June 2024, went to service center in thane called mayday. The executive was not bothered I providing solutions to customers, rather was curious for his lunch time. Send to some way or other to boat for servicing order was to be delivered on 1st August 24, but didn't receive. Got in touch with delivery partner about delivery they asking if u in so bad need of your product collect from warehouse. When inform boat service center about it they wanted 48 hrs to find a resolution on it. But after 72 hrs called them, they want again 24 hrs for their backend to react on it. Boat thinks that we customers are stupid & idiot. Their management should know that our time is more valuable than theirs because of us their company is running. If we stop purchasing their products then they will understand the importance of customer & rightly giving service to customers
