I purchased the boAt Airdopes 311 Pro (Dusk Blue) just 3 months ago, and one side completely stopped working. I’m absolutely sure the issue wasn’t temporary — it just didn’t work at all. I returned the product under warranty, but to my shock, boAt rejected my replacement request without any clear reason. I expected better from a brand like boAt. The customer care service has been very unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and after-sales support. Would not recommend.

Prepaid order not delivered. Fake promises. Horrible service. I ordered a product from boAt on April 18th and made the payment in advance. As of now (more than 12 days later), I still haven’t received my order. boAt’s customer care has been consistently misleading — every day I was told the order would be delivered “by evening” or “next day.” Nothing happened. I even personally visited their logistics partner hub 3 times, and each time I was told the parcel was never received by them. boAt refuses to take proper action. I don’t want a refund. I want the product I paid for during their offer. boAt must fix this issue, deliver the product, and offer a proper apology for this level of negligence.

I have placed order of headphones n it's a prepaid order. No reply from them no response to mails no order tracking nothing at all. I'm shit scared now. I should have read the reviews earlier .

Very worst company and product don't last long . Within 6 months, problem arises. Also when you will call for warranty repairs they simply either say warranty void, warranty expired or product discontinued and spares not available. Don't buy their product. Same happened with me with my product in Warranty. I have sewed them jn court

Worst service center ever i faced in my life. Dont believe on their warrenty policy.. they will reject with fake reason and will not listen to you. They simply rejeceted my neck band replacement coz they saw a gap on ear piece. I told them it is from start and it was covered under ear hook. But they simply reject it saying as physical damage. I cannot see any physical damage. And courier person also picked item after examination of physical damage. worst product boat product is not running more that 6 month even less maximum running 3 months and after that you claim the warranty that product they reject warranty claim just say product is working fine they send duplicate genrated report to the customer... they import from china and use their own sticker of products worst products of boat...dont buy anyone
