I had purchased boat basheads 100 earphones from Amazon. After 2-3 days one side stopped working so I raised a complaint in the website. It asked me to upload an invoice, so I uploaded the image of the hardcopy of the invoice I had received from Amazon. And multiple times the company e-mailed me to re- upload invoice as it wasn't 'clear'. I even tried to upload a clear invoice still it kept asking me to re- upload. I had even upload a very clear digital image and the company mailed that I have reached max attempts for warranty. Never purchase from boat, local companies are much better.

No delivery on prepaid product, no refund provided even after many calls and mails

I ordered the airdopes 181 pro (order ID 8019547) on 14th of may 2025 and it was prepaid order and without contacting me the delivery agent returned the product to the boat warehouse and since then I am asking to refund my amount but the customer care is doing nothing just asking me to wait more and more. Do not buy Boat product they are fraudsters....

Ordered a boat 580 portable bluetooth speaker pine green, a half filled water bottle of sprite was given in the box. And now when I am complaining to the customer care they are saying to wait for 48hrs without proper acknowledgment that also for 2 times. This is how they treat customers.

I bought boat rockerz 261 pro, does not look good when you wear it, hard to handle, uncomfortable and the mic enx is no good. Boat lifestyle doesn't return/refund or even exchange for another product. Very disappointed

I have already purchesed boat ear buds a month ago but unfortunatly thoses ear buds was faulty and not working proprely .after tht i have raised a warrenty compalint for my ear buds in a form of replacment 10th april 2025 while company has picked my ear buds after tht they have delayed every time my shipment by telling me we have courier partner issue...i am requesting everyone plzz dont buy anything from this cheap and worriest comapny ...they are selling faultyt and disfunctiong things .......

I purchased a pair of Boat Airdopes from Amazon, and within just two months, they stopped working. I contacted Boat’s service centre and submitted the damaged product under warranty. I was informed that the item would be replaced with a new one. Since then, there has been no update, no replacement, and to make matters worse, they never even returned the damaged product. I've followed up multiple times, but there’s been no proper response or resolution. This experience shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer support from Boat Lifestyle. It feels like I’ve been scammed. I strongly advise others to stay away from this brand. Don’t be misled by flashy ads or low prices—the after-sales service is non-existent. If you value your money and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

I had raised a warranty claim with boAt on 17 April 2025 for my Airdopes 131 Pro Buds. Despite repeated follow-ups over email, calls, and WhatsApp, there has been no proper response. They keep promising that the pickup will happen within 24-48 hours, but even after more than a week, no pickup has happened. Customer care just keeps escalating but offers no real solution. This is the worst after-sales experience I’ve ever had. boAt products may look good, but the warranty service is completely unreliable. I regret trusting this brand and will not recommend it to anyone.
